MAGMAX Design was born out of a desire to create modern sustainable furniture & home products that will not only last a lifetime, but that will also be designed and manufactured to meet the individual needs, desires, and personality of our customers. We will work with our customers from idea/sketch phase through final shipment and customer satisfaction. We also have a number of in house designs which can be fabricated in only a matter of weeks. We design and make nearly every conceivable type of household furniture: Beds, Tables, Benches, Dressers, Desks, Home Design (Shelving, Cabinets, Bars, Picture frames, etc) as well as a number of stainless household products.

The designs are elegant yet simple. Influences of Mid century Modern and Industrial Design are often at play. We believe in the beauty of simplicity and functionality. Wood combined with the industrial aspects of stainless steel – to create a unique combination of nature and man made. Both the metal and wood are designed, sourced, and fabricated locally in Oregon.

In addition to being locally sourced and using reclaimed wood, our products are designed for a very long life. We only use solid wood and stainless fasteners in our structural joints. Our products are design to travel the globe: most always they are designed to be shipped flat packed and built to last.

Sustainability can be done it a number of ways; first by using less; second by recycling previous products, and third by creating products which will not need to be disposed of. MAGMAX Design strives to achieve all three while creating elegant pieces for everyday life.
